The harbour of Playa de San-Juan can be reached in about 12 minutes by car. Guia de Isora is 8 driving minutes away.

The beach in Playa de San-Juan is perfect for children. Moreover, there are many good restaurants with local and international specialities. Especially the fish restaurants are highly recommended.

The apartment has a living space of approximately 150 sqm. The interior is modern and comortable. The house is seperated into two different flats. One flat provides a living room, a kitchen, three bedrooms and one bathroom. In the other flat, you can find a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. For this reason, the house is ideal for big families.

The living room has a satellite TV, radio and DVD player. The bedrooms in the first flat contains two double beds and two single beds. In the other flat, you can find two single beds in the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, it also contains a dining table with eight chairs. The bathrooms have a shower, a sink and a toilet.

The terrace is furnished and offers a pool and a barbecue area. Moreover, there is an outdoor shower at the pool.
