Apartment in Chayofa in the south of Tenerife

This apartment is located in the sunny south of Tenerife in Chayofa. The apartment complex has a landscaped pool area, which is surrounded by palm trees. The pool is only available for the residents of the building. In about a five minutes walk you can find three restaurants and a small supermarket with fresh bread.

The touristic lively places of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are about four kilometers away. A bus service is also available. The south airport is around twenty minutes away by car. Eventhough, you do not hear the aircraft noise. A rental car is recommended but not essential. The parking is free.

The 2015 new renovated apartment has a living surface of about 40 meters and it is suitable for up to four people. The modern kitchen is equipped as follows: induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave oven, electric coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, sandwich maker.

The open kitchen has a breakfast bar and four stools. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a coffee table, a stool, an armchair and a flat screen TV with international channels. The bedroom has a double bed, a closet, a hot and cool heater/fan and access to the terrace. The bathroom has a shower with a shower curtain, a small tub (1.30m), a hair dryer and a clothes dryer.

The approximately 16m² large terrace offers a comfortable sitting area in rattan for four people, as well as a cozy dining area with a high table and four bar stools. The terrace is partly covered by a hand-operated awning. From here you have also sea view.

In about five minutes walk you can find three restaurants: a grill restaurant, an English Pub, and a Canary pub with restaurant. In addition, near the complex is a small supermarket with fresh bread.
