This luxurious villa is located in the best and quietest area in the green north of Tenerife, below Santa Ursula on the famous "Caviar Hill". It offers a approx. 400sqm garden with pool area, heated pool, sunbeds, sitting areas, terraces and a barbecue. From here you have a fantastic panoramic view over the coast and the Teide.

Equipment

The house has a living space of around 350sqm and provides enough space for up to 11 persons. The living room has a TV. A comfortable seating option invites you to spend cosy evenings chilling in the lounge.

The kitchen with a dining area offers pure luxury! There are all the necessary kitchen facilities and cooking utensils for the holiday. Also a washing machine is not missing here. The three bathrooms are equipped with bathtub, shower, washbasin and toilet. The five bedrooms have either two comfortable single beds which can be made up as a double, or a double beds or a bunk bed.
