The small, modern holiday house is located on a Finca near Adeje, in the village Los Menores. The Finca is planted dreamlike and offers a beautiful view: to the sea, die surroundings and the neighbour island La Gomera.

The estate is idyllic and in a quiet area. There is a nice pool and if you need it you can rent another completely separate flat if friends or family wants to travel with you.

Equipment

The house has a combined living and bedroom with a very good new bed, a dining table and chairs, Sat-TV and a kitchen counter.

In another room is a single bed and a large closet. The bathroom has a shower, sink and a toilet. There is also a balcony and a terrace with grill and a great view to the sea.

The living area is 40sqm. The kitchen is equipped with for example a gas cooker, kitchen hood and a fridgerator. The flat also has access to internet.

A feature of the house are the high-quality buliding materials, as well as the power supply via solar energy.
