This modern house is located on a finca in Adeje, in the village of Los Menores. The finca is very nice and offers a beautiful view of : the sea, the environment and the opposite island La Gomera. The property is situated in an idyllic and quiet location. There is also a nice pool. If you travel with a large family or friends, another completely separate apartment can be booked on the same finca.

This high-quality furnished cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area with kitchen, a balcony and a terrace with great view. The total living area is 100 m2 big and the house is newly built with high-quality materials and the power is generated by solar energy.

The tastefully decorated bedrooms have a double bed (160 x 200 cm). In one bedroom there is a TV on the wall and an integrated bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The other bathroom is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom and it is fully equipped. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and utensils such as a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, gas hob and a fridge / freezer combination. The cozy living area is equipped with a dining table and chairs, a couch, a satellite TV and Internet (WiFi). There is a terrace with a barbecue, perfect to spend a nice evenings outdoors.
