This small apartment house is located right in the centre of Los Cristianos. The building has just 10 units. Here you are middle of the everything. All what you need is in front of the door. The beach, the marina, restaurants, boutiques, cafes, bookshops and many other things are within walking distance.

On the top floor there are two spacious furnished terraces with outdoor showers.

The apartment has a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be set up together and a wardrobe. In the cozy living room there is a pull-out, comfortable sofa bed for 2 more people and a dining area.
