This penthouse has a favorable location in the center of Puerto de la Cruz. It is not only comfortable, but also offers many facilities within walking distance. The building has an elevator and is ideal for long stays as well as for a short holiday in Tenerife. From the sun terrace you have a fantastic panoramic view of the city, the sea and the Teide. At the Plaza del Charco there is a nice playground for children, as well as bars and restaurants. There are also many stores where you can find everything you need. The fishing port is very close and offers a nice atmosphere. Here you can buy fresh fish directly from the boat.

A large parking lot and a bus station can be reached in about 10 minutes.

The penthouse has a living area of about 95 m2 and is very bright and fully equipped. The bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60m) with separate mattresses. There is also a sofa bed in the spacious bedroom for two persons. It can also be set up in the living room, upon request. There are 2 bedside tables with drawers and a large closet. A separate utility room provides additional storage space. A fully glazed balcony is beside the bedroom and offers magnificent views. You can relax in comfortable chairs, or take advantage of this bright room for reading.

The bathroom has a toilet, bidet, sink and a bathtub with shower. There is a small window for more daylight, as well as a mirror cabinet and a shelf with extra space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, microwave with convection oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric juicer, kitchen scale, hand blender and other utensils. Wi-Fi access is free with 10 Mbit / s in the entire apartment.

Puerto de la Cruz offers a wide range of fantastic bars and restaurants. There are also supermarkets and nice little shops.
