Holiday house on two floors with garden and roofed veranda

Old canary house, new restored, located between La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz. It's spacious, comfortable and only a few minutes by car away from the airport Los Rodeos and in the near of the highway TF1. The ideal starting point for excursions all around the island.

The house is beautiful located and just a 10 minute drive away from several beaches like Playa Jadín, Martianez, San Telmo, Bollullo and many more.

This house comes with a living area of about 100m2 on two floors and is ideal for up to 4 persons. The ground floor offers a nice kitchen and a large cozy living room with access to the roofed veranda. From here you have a wonderful view over the garden. The bedroom in the ground floor comes with two single beds.

The open and new kitchen comes with a dining area with all necessary kitchen tools and cooking utensils you need for your daily use.

The master bedroom is located in the upper floor. Furthermore you find there a dressing room and a bathroom with a large shower, sink and toilet.

Kids are welcome here, but you should note, that there are some areas in the garden, which are uneven and not suitable for toddlers.

There are numerous restaurants and two large shopping centres nearby.
