Property description

The modern holiday home is located very quiet and concealed at the Orotava valley and offers a great view of the sea and the Teide. The house was renovated and refurnished in 2018. The garden has a heated pool. The owners of the house are German.

An access road to the Teide also starts in Orotava. The beach can be reached in only 10 minutes by car.

Equipment

The Holiday home provides 100sqm and therefore has enough space for up to 4 guests. It is air-conditioned and has two bedrooms with a double bed each. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa. The kitchen has all necessary kitchen facilities for catering on holiday. It merges seamlessly into the dining room and the living room. From there you have view and access to the terrace with sunbeds and pool.

There a nice restaurants in walking distance. Right next door is a small supermarket. There are also further restaurants and bars within walking distance. A beautiful black lava beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.
