Holiday home with terraces and sea views near Puerto de la Cruz

This holiday home is located in El Rincon near Puerto de la Cruz in the middle of a banana plantation. The property has about 500sqm and has many exotic plants and fruit trees. The house has two terraces, both are furnished. They are relatively high and offer fantastic views in all directions to the sea. From the house there is also a footpath that leads directly to the beach Playa Bollullu. On the way there is a Canarian restaurant with local cuisine.

The house for four holiday guests has a living space of approx. 100 square metres. In the entrance area there is the kitchen with the connected living area. This room has a size of approx. 30sqm in round construction. In the room there is a comfortable sofa with a coffee table, satellite TV and a dining table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped as follows: ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and sufficient dishes and cutlery. The two bedrooms can be reached via a few steps. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), the other with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m). The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower tray, toilet and washbasin. There is also a washing machine, which is available free of charge.

Many shopping facilities, bars and restaurants are located in the nearby Puerto de la Cruz
