Holiday house with terrace, garden & pool in La Paz

This holiday accommodation is located on the edge of La Paz, the popular district of Puerto de la Cruz. From the house you have a wonderful view on the ocean and on the mountain Teide. Outside the house there is a well-kept private pool with an outdoor shower, a sun terrace with sun beds, a table, benches, a barbecue and a 150qm sized garden.

The holiday house has 3 bed rooms of which one has a double bed, the second one has a French bed with a size of 1.40m x 1.90m and the other one has two single beds. Also there are three bathrooms. One of them has a massage shower, the other one has a bathtub with an integrated shower and the third one has only a shower. In the living room there is a TV and a radio. The kitchen is fully equipped for your daily use. It provides a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, a juicer, a mixer and some other things.

The dining table has seats for 6 people. There are also two beautiful balconies that belong to the house.

The location of the house is great. It is situated in La Paz on the edge of Puerto de la Cruz and it provides a private pool and a sun terrace.

In only 3 walking minutes you will arrive at 2 great local restaurants. There are more restaurants, bars and shops in La Paz.
