House in the centre of La Laguna with patio and a nice garden

The beautiful property is situated in the town centre of La Laguna in the green North of Tenerife. From the house, you reach the most beautiful sights of the city by foot as well as many shops. The house originates from colonial times and is furnished in a comfortable, tasteful and antique way.

The wonderful tropical garden with a furnished terrace is really beautiful as well as the impressive patio. Upon arrival, you will pay a deposit of 200 euros, which will be refunded on the day of departure.

The house has a living space of about 300 square metres and is composed of two floors. It offers a lot of space for up to ten persons and has a big garage for three vehicles. On the lower floor, there is a big entrance hall and the main bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom. Also, there is an additional kitchen with complete equipment and access to the furnished terrace and the big garden. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms. Two of these have two single beds each and share a bathroom. The third bedroom has its own bathroom. The big living room with eating area has comfortable seating furniture, a fireplace and a nice Canary balcony. In the eating area, you find a big dining table for eight persons. Another room functions as a library and a room for cosy hours.

In the TV room, you can use the TV with satellite TV. The second kitchen is big and completely equipped and has another dining table for six persons. The bathrooms have a shower, a sink and a toilet.

In about one walking minute, you get to numerous bars, restaurants and shops.
