This approximately 5.000 m2 big country house is located in Buen Paso, a district of Icod de los Vinos, surrounded by banana plantations and vineyards. Since it is situated at only 80 m height, there will be bathing weather most of the time in winter! Therefore you can enjoy the nice pool or whirlpool, as well as the large and beautifully landscaped garden with subtropical plants, or the barbecue area with a tasty steak or cutlet and a glass of wine.

Equipment

This beautiful double bungalow has 4 bedrooms with enough space for up to 8 people and if necessary a little child (upon request). The large living room has a comfortable seating, TV with international channels and a stereo. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Washing machine and iron set are also available.
