Beautiful apartment in the north of Tenerife. It is situated in Santa Ursula at a height of about 200 meters with a view of Puerto de la Cruz and the sea. Good transport connections and parking space available.

The little garden offers a marvellous view of the sea up to Puerto de la Cruz. The apartment is tastefully furnished and comfortable. Therefore it is perfect for a relaxed holiday with friends or family. This holiday flat is not suitable for small infants.

Several shopping facilities and bus stops can be reached in a short time. Due to the good transport connections it is an ideal starting point for many excursions over the island.

Equipment

The total floor space of the apartment is about 100qm so it can accommodate up to four people. There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom contains a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped, it adjoins the dining area which is furnished with a dining table and four chairs.

In the bright living area with direct access to the terrace you will find comfortable seating facilities and a small television corner with satellite TV. The apartment also includes a dressing room and a storeroom.

During the winter months a wood-burning stove provides romance and comforting warmth.
