Beautiful apartment with a community pool & a balcony

Los Cristianos is located in the sunny south of Tenerife and since many years it has been one of the most popular holiday spots on the Canarian island. Wonderful sandy beaches right in front of the door, a number of great restaurants and sunshine throughout the whole year make the city so attractive to visitors from all over the world.

The apartment complex is situated on a quiet street, which is very rare for that area, so that you can enjoy some relaxing holidays. The street is a dead end so there is no traffic noise. But you still live in a very central location. You can reach the beaches Playa de Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Vistas as well as the promenade with many restaurants, cafés and shops in only a few minute walk. The immediate surrounding offers beautiful bars and restaurants, a pharmacy, a small supermarket and a wide range of leisure activities such as mini golf and boccia.

In case you arrive with a rental car, you can park it at the parking space in the apartment complex for free. In 2016 the community pool that is used by all residents was renovated. The apartment is located on the first floor and an elevator is there too.

The apartment has a total living space of about 59qm and offers enough space for two people. The lovingly furnished bedroom has two single beds that can be placed next to each other, a big wardrobe with enough storage space, a safe for your valuables as well as a dressing table with a mirror. The bathroom flooded with daylight is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine. Ironing equipment and a clothes horse is also provided.

The living and dining area has a cooking area, a coffee table, a TV, a dining table and chairs. There are also two sofas of which one of them is a sofa bed. In the fitted kitchen you will find a hob, an extractor fan, a refrigerator with freezer as well as a microwave, a coffee machine, a juicer and a toaster. From the living area you have access to the balcony where you can also find furniture and a sunshade.

You can find a supermarket, restaurants and cafés in the immeadiate surrounding. It is only a 5-minute walk to get to the promenade with many more bars and shops.
