This holiday apartment is located in a beautiful apartment complex in Adeje, in the modern building "El Galeon", near the historic town center (500m). The center of Adeje is just about 10 minutes walking distance. In 5 minutes by car you will reach a large golf course with training program. In the complex are two circular pools, one for toddlers, a playground and large garden areas. There are sunloungers at the pool available for the guests free of charge.

The apartment has a built surface area of approximately 75 m2 and 50 m2 outer surface with two terraces. The east-facing terrace leads directly to the pool and it has also mountain views. The front terrace has a side sea view. The apartment is divided into a large living room, a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms (one with bath en suite, the other is a shower room) and two separate bedrooms. The bedroom with adjacent bathroom has a double bed (2,00m x 1,80m). The other bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed with two beds. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a small table with seating. Many necessary kitchen utensils are also available. The living- dining room has a large table with four chairs, two sofas, satellite TV with international channels, DVD and HiFi. From here you get to the private east terrace which is furnished with two sun loungers and a table with seating.
