The apartment is located in a corner house in the beautiful Palm Mar in the sunny south of the island. From the house it is only a few meters to the sea and natural beach of the village. Here you can enjoy your vacation and end the day relaxed at the beach bar.

At a distance of about ten minutes you will also find Los Cristianos and Las Américas with beautiful, light sandy beaches. There are also several golf courses nearby, one of which is located in the immediate vicinity of the sea.

Equipment

The apartment (about 35 square meters), offers a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with washbasin, toilet and shower. In the kitchen area there is a 2-plate induction stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine and a microwave. The living area has a TV with German programs and a couch that can be used as a sofa bed for a third person.

On the beautiful terrace there is a table with 2 chairs and 2 sun beds. The living room and kitchen also have electric shutters.
