Holiday home with pool, furnished terrace and sea view

This house is located in a quiet street in Son Serra de Marina in Mallorca. It is perfect for beach lovers and peace seekers. The beach and several restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached by feet within a few minutes. From the balcony you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea.

A small pool offers refreshment. The furnished terrace invites you to relax. A barbecue and a parking space are also available. This quiet and peaceful harbour village in the north of the island is far away from the touristic area and its giant holiday resorts. The natural beaches in the bay of Alcudia are popular with locals as well as visitors.

The house has two floors and a total floor space of approximately 110qm. It can accommodate up to five people. The living area has comfortable seating furniture, a coffee and a dining table and satellite TV. From here you have direct access to the furnished terrace. The modern kitchen also has a dining table and direct access to the rear terrace with pool. The kitchen is fully equipped. On this floor there are two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed, the other one wit a single bed. They share a bathroom with bathtub.

On the upper floor there is another bedroom with double bed with bath en suite. It has a shower and direct access to the balcony which offers sea view.

There are several restaurants and shopping facilities not far from this house.
