This modern vacation home is located in Pollenca in the north of Mallorca. It is only about 200m from the town center, where there are all kinds of restaurants and stores. Only a few minutes drive away is Port de Pollenca, where there is a very nice white sandy beach. The area is also wonderful for hiking, also because Pollenca is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, whose landscape is very impressive. The location of the house therefore has something to offer for everyone. Relaxation offers in any case also the private pool, which serves as a nice cooling, especially on hot summer days.

Equipment

The house offers a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, so it can accommodate up to eight people. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds each, the other two have one double bed each. Two of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom, the other two have access to a shower room. Outside, there is an additional toilet and an outdoor shower by the pool. The kitchen offers a 4-plate stove, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer. In the living room there are comfortable sofas, a dining area, a flat-screen TV with German channels and a DVD player. There are two furnished terraces, from one you can enjoy a wonderful view all the way to Port de Pollenca.
