Holiday flat with terrace in Puerto Alcudia close to the beach

This holiday flat is located near the beach and is suitable for six people. It is situated on the ground floor of a quiet residential area. The sandy beach of 11 km length is perfect for families with small children and is only 150 metres away from the holiday home. You will be charged for electricity throughout the year according to your consumption, at 0.30 euros per kWh. If you plan to arrive in the evening, a fee of 30 euros will be charged for an arrival between 8 pm and midnight. Arrival later than midnight is not possible. Your pets stay with you in this holiday flat for a fee of 10 euros per night. Internet access is available in the holiday flat at a cost of 70 euros per stay, which includes 75 MByte of transfer volume. A further 75 MByte will be charged with 20 Euro. A deposit of 100 euros is required for the router.

The holiday home has a living room with comfortable seating-furnitures and sat-TV. Moreover there are 3 bedrooms each equippe with one double bed and two bathrooms with shower. In the kitchen, you can cook, use the fridge and freezer, make fresh coffee in the coffee maker and heat food in the microwave. A washing machine is also available.

Puerto de Alcudia and the harbour are located at the end of the bay of Alcudia. You can stroll along the busy promenade past the numerous shops and businesses. Playa de Muro is close to and therefore one of the most beautiful and child-friendly beaches on Mallorca. It slopes very gently into the water, so even small children can swim and splash around safely.
