Finca in a quiet location in Capdepera in Mallorca. It has a private pool, a barbecue area, a terrace, garden furniture and a parking space. The property has a size of about 3600qm, it is surrounded by beatuiful landscape. There are shady places furnished with comfortable seating facilities which invite you to relax. In the barbecue area there is a dining table - so why not have a nice barbecue evening?

This holiday home is the perfect place to stay for families, beach and golf lovers. It is also the ideal starting point for hiking and mountain bike tours. Capdepera is a charming little town which invites you to stroll through its streets. You might also visit the historic town Arta which is nearby.
