This beautiful studio is quietly located at a private finca in Los Menores above Costa Adeje. The very helpful and hospitable owners also live in the house. The Studio is buildet next to the main house and has it's own private terrace. The pool, garden and a grill area can also used by the guests.

The nearly 500m2 large and groomed property is located outside of the village Los Menores, at a private street. So a rental car would be necessary.

There also is a golf court, which is only about 5km away from the finca.

Equipment

This studio comes with a living area of about 50m2 and is suitable for up to two persons. It is furnished tasteful in a rustic style and offers an open kitchen, a bath and comfortable living and bedroom. The kitchen, with its breakfast counter, is equipped with all necessery cooking equipments and kitchen ware. The bath offers a shower, a sink and a toilette.

The bedroom provides a double bed, two nightstands and a big wardrobe. From this room you will reach the roofed and furnished private terrace.
