The apartment is located in a residential complex with 24-hour reception, which you can always contact.

In Las Americas you will find numerous bright sandy beaches, national and international restaurants, cafes and small stores along the wheelchair accessible boardwalk. You can also surf here, there are many surf stores where you can rent equipment or take surf lessons. There are also many different types of activities nearby, such as dolphin watching and amusement parks. Enjoy romantic sunsets on the south coast of Tenerife!

On a living area of 45 sqm there is a light-flooded bedroom with a high-quality double bed, a living room with an American kitchen and access to the south-facing balcony, and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed, a flat screen TV with SAT-TV and German channels and a dining table for 2 persons. The kitchen has a 2-plate stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. The sunny balcony is directly accessible from the living room. There you will find a table and two chairs where you can enjoy the view of palm trees and the pool. There is also a washing machine here. In the bathroom there is a ground level shower.

The apartment is for non-smokers, moreover, it is accessible by elevator and parking is right outside the door.

In the heart of Las Americas, there are countless restaurants, cafes, and shops along the wheelchair-accessible boardwalk, as well as many of Tenerife's popular light sand beaches.
