This noble luxury villa is situated on a finca located in Taucho, a small town near Adeje, in the south of Tenerife. The property is approximately 4000m2 big and in addition, there is a beautiful private pool (12m x 5.5m) and a garden mostly planted with fruit trees. There is a barbecue area with seating. From here you have a panoramic view on the sea. To reach the tourist resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos just 15 minutes by car are needed.

There is a main house and 2 suites in the property with a total living surface of 300m2. The house is very nice and modernly decorated. In the main house there are 2 bedrooms with double beds (1,80 x 2m) and in the suites there are also double beds (1,50m x 2m). The living room has modern and comfortable seating and a stereo and satellite TV. There is another TV available in the master bedroom. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and offers everything for a professional chef such as a 6-burner gas stove, 2 ovens, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side fridge-freezer, espresso machine and, of course, small appliances such as toasters and many other utensils. The 4 bathrooms have everything you need.

The main house can accommodate up to 4 people. With an occupancy of 4 people, the main house is available and the suites remain empty, so that you keep your privacy. If there a 6 people, a suite will be occupied. The both suites and the main house are available by an occupancy of 7 or 8 persons.

At a distance of about 15 minutes by car, there is a wide choice of restaurants, bars, cafés and shopping possibilities.
