Property description

The holiday home Casa Georgia is located in La Matanza, in the green north of Tenerife. The bathing bay El Caletón is only a few minutes walk away. On weekends there is a farmers market in La Matanza with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as regional wines, dairy products, etc. Here you are away from the mass tourism in the typical Canarian village, but it is only a few minutes by car to Puerto de la Cruz with its beautiful beaches, the sea swimming pools, the botanical garden and of course the Loro Parque.

The house has a living space of around 68sqm and provides space for upt o 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a completly funsihed kitchen, aliving room with Sat-TV and a bathroom wwith shower, basind and toilet. Outside there is a terrace with garden, which cannot be seen from the outside, and on the roof terrace there is sun all day long.
