Beautiful furnished holiday house with terrace in La Guancha

The modern holiday house is located in La Guancha, in a quiet area in the green north of Tenerife. The village is above between Icod de los Vinos and Puerto de la Cruz.

La Guancha is a quiet area, where mostly locals of the island live. By car you can reach some restaurants, bars and shops in a few minutes. In addition, you are in about 15-20 minutes by car in the beautiful Icod de los Vinos, where there is the Drago Milenario, the famous dragon tree. The popular tourist town of Puerto de la Cruz is about 25 minutes by car away. There are also many sights and free time activities here.

The next swimming possibility is located in San Juan de la Rambla. The town is an about 10 minutes drive away, has a beautiful historic centre and a great natural swimming pool.

The holiday house has a living area of about 250sqm and is very spacious but also modern and tastefully furnished. It expands on 2 floors and up to 7 people find here a great holiday domicile.

On the ground area there is the living room with two comfortable couches, a chaiselongue, coffee table, TV and a large usable fire place. From the living room you get to the large kitchen with a dining table and 6 chairs, a cooking island with ceramic hob and completely equipped with all necessary kitchen tools and cooking utensils for your daily use. Here there is an access to the generous terrace. It is furnished with a table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. From here you have a great view over the surrounding landscape and the sea.

There is a small bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Another bathroom with shower and bidet is on the upper floor. Furthermore there is a third one adjusting to the master bedroom. This one comes with two sinks, toilet and as a highlight, a whirlpool bathtub.

The master bedroom provides a double bed, night stands and a walk-in wardrobe. There are two more bedrooms on the upper floor. One comes with two single beds and a wardrobe, the other one with a children bed and a comfortable sleeping couch as well as a wardrobe.

Several restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops can be reached by car in 5-10 minutes.
