The little canarian village Los Menores is located at an altitude of about 400m in the near of Costa Adeje in the sunny south west of Tenerife. At the outskirts of the village you find a nearly 12.000m2 large finca. It was build with natural materials and wood. There are 2 holiday houses and 3 different holiday apartments available. The property is beautifully planted and maintained. During the day, there is a magnificent view over the sea and the neighbour island La Gomera. At night you can admire the lights of Playa de las Americas.

The property has a solar heated community pool (4mx8m). At the pool area guests have a sitting area, a large parasol and sun loungers.

In the small fishing village of El Puertito there is a small natural sandy beach. The place can be reached by rental car in about eight minutes.

The 2 holiday houses Casitas Visitante are next to each other. The house Casa Visitante comes with a living area of about 80sqm. The about 40sqm large living room is equipped with a bright couch which also serves as a sleeping couch, a coffee table, a living room cabinet, shelves and satellite TV. The adjoining dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs. The bedroom offers a large double bed and a wardrobe. From there you get into the bathroom with a bathtub with shower device, bidet, toilet and sink.

The modern kitchen provides all necessary cooking utensils and kitchen tools for everyday use. On the terrace there are 2 large dining tables, which can accommodate up to 16 people. There is also an outdoor kitchen available for guests. The view over the Atlantic included.

In a distance of about 20m is the second house, the Casita Visitante. It is modern and comfortable and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area for 2 persons. The sleeping area comes with a double bed, satellite TV and wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The house has a furnished terrace.
