The holiday flat is located at an altitude of about 370 metres above sea level. The town Costa-Adeje is only a few kilometres away.

The property has a space of approximately 8.500 sqm. The holiday home is divided into three floors of which the two lower flats are rented. On the top floor, there lives the owner.

The interior is modern and comfortable furnished. The terrace offers you an impressive view of the atlantic coast and the island La Gomera with its cities Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. The spacious garden with its plant population feels like being in paradise and enabling pure relaxation.

The house is equipped with a marble floor and comfortable furnitures which are color coordinated.

The living space is separated into a living room, a kitchen, to bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the living area, there is a sofa and a satellite TV. The kitchen has a stove with a ceramic plate, oven, dish washer, coffee maker, a water boiler and many more. On the table, you can find four chairs.

The two bedrooms have comfortable double beds. Each one has a bathroom wih a shower, a toilet, a sink and a hairdryer. Bed linen, towels and dishtowels are provided. Moreover, you can find a washing machine in the flat.

You can take a bath in the solar-heated pool. Moreover, you can find sun lounges, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.

The airport is about 20 driving minutes with the car away. You can reach the beaches of Las Americas within 12 minutes. The beach of El Puertito is only 10 minutes away. In the direct vincinity of the flat, there are some restaurants. Two supermarkets are about 3 kilometres away.
