Holiday apartment in a finca with garden in Los Silos

This finca is located in the north of Tenerife, in San Bernardo in Los Silos. It has a magnificent view over the banana plantations to the sea.

The apartment has a private garden of 100 m2. There is also a nice furnished terrace where you can enjoy the outdoor atmosphere of the finca. There is a ramp to get into the apartment and a private parking is also available.

The holiday apartment has a living area of about 120 m2. The whole apartment is very nice and tastefully decorated. There is a large living room with about 50 m2. Here is a comfortable sofa and other seating as well. You will also find a flat screen TV and a CD player. There is Internet connection via Wifi in the whole apartment.

There is a large open kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. It is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, juicer and an espresso machine. The dining area is integrated to the kitchen. This apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of the bedroom is in the main area of the apartment and the other one has direct access to the garden. There is the possibility to rent the apartment only with one bedroom, if you do not want to use the second one.

The first bedroom has a double bed (190cm x 190cm) and a large window with views to the garden. The bathroom has a lot of space and it has an almost ground level large shower. There is also a shelf, a towel warmer and a large mirror. The toilet area is separated. The second bedroom is separated of the main area. It has its own entrance directly from the garden. There is also a double bed and the bedroom has a private big bathroom on suite with a large shower.

All rooms are very luminous and bright because they are equipped with skylights.

There is a supermarket, bars, cafes and restaurants within about 15 min walking distance.
