Holiday flat with balcony, close to the beach in Playa San Juan

This holiday flat is located in Playa San Juan, a rather quiet, beautiful tourist resort on the sunny southwest coast of Tenerife. It is situated in a small side street, but central and only about three minutes from the promenade with cafés and restaurants and about six minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. A rental car is not absolutely necessary. The accommodation is also suitable for longer stays.

This tastefully furnished flat for 4 persons is about 55 sqm in size and has a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds on request, a built-in wardrobe and bedside tables. A cot can be added.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people with a coffee table, satellite TV and a dining table with four chairs.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and offers, among other things, a cooker with four hotplates, toaster, kettle, enough dishes and everything needed for cooking.

The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, washbasin, bidet, WC and a washing machine.

The large balcony has a table and two chairs. Here you can start the day with a wonderful breakfast.

Sun loungers are available on the roof terrace.

There are several restaurants, shops, bars and cafés directly on site. The bus lines go from here to the whole island.
