This typical canarian finca has been renovated in 2011 and is located in Los Realejos in a quiet location, away from mass tourism. From here you have a wonderful panoramic view over Puerto de la Cruz and the sea and also to the neighboring island of La Palma. The property has a total area of about 14.000sqm and there are mostly wine terraces, so you live on this Canarian Finca surrounded by nature.

In the garden there is a sauna and a barbecue, where you can grill in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. To cool down you have a nice pool available. Despite the peace and quiet it is streightly 15 minutes by car to Puerto de la Cruz, to the beaches and to Loro Parque.

Equipment

This studio can accomodate 2 persons. There is a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a TV with international channels. The kitchen is equipped with two burners, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. In the dining area there is a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a furnished terrace with a nice view on the pool, the sea and the mountains.
