This is a historic, well-preserved house on the beach promenade of the typical fishing village. From the balcony you have a breathtaking view of the sea, the island of La Gomera, the small port and the beach, which is just 3 minutes away.
Directly in front of the house there is also a staircase leading directly into the sea. The other apartment is mostly uninhabited, since the owners come only once in a while.
This house is built in the typical colonial spanish style. There is a courtyard in the center of the house, with beautiful plants. From here there is a staircase to go to the upper floor. Here are two living areas and all rooms are located along the typical indoor balconies.
