Holiday apartment with terrace and community pool in the south

The apartment is located in Costa Adeje in the sunny south of Tenerife. The accommodation is above the large hotels of the touristic centre. You can reach the beach, which is also ideal for families with toddlers, in an about 20 minute walk. On the complex there are two community pools which you can use the whole year.

The apartment is a good starting point for excursions. Nearby are theme parks like Aqualand or the Siam Park. Also the Pico del Teide is just an about 30 minute drive away.

The apartment comes with a living area of about 55sqm and is ideal for up to 4 persons.

The bedroom provides a double bed (135cm x 190cm) and large wardrobes. One bathroom has a sink, toilet and bathtub, the other bathroom comes with sink, toilet and shower. The kitchen offers all necessary kitchen tools and cooking utensils for your daily use. A separate room comes with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a hair dryer. The living room provides a dining table, a sleeping couch and a satellite TV.

An about 33sqm large terrace is part of the apartment. There you find sun loungers, a table and chairs so you can spent some relaxing time outdoors.

You can get to restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities in a short drive by car.
