This holiday apartment is located in the fourth floor of a residential complex in Palm Mar, in the sunny south of Tenerife. The apartment extends over two floors and comes with an elevator.

The complex provides a beautiful pool area with plants and sun loungers. Palm Mar is a quiet little coastal village with some shops and restaurants. In a distance of about 900m there is a beautiful beach in a cove. In the near of Palm Mar there are 5 golf courses.

The touristic areas Las Americas and Los Cristianos are in a distance of about 15 minutes by car. Here you will find also beautiful sandy beaches and theme parks like Aqualand or Siam Park.

The holiday apartment comes with a living area of about 105sqm and extends over two floors. The apartment is furnished modern and high quality.

Downstairs there is the generous kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary kitchen tools and cooking utensils for your daily use. There is also a small dining table with 3 chairs. The living room provides two cosy couches, a coffee table and satellite TV. There is also a dining area with a table and 6 chairs. From here you will get to the large balcony which is faced west. You have a fantastic view over the sea, the neighbour island La Gomera and the village Palm Mar.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One comes with a double bed, night stands and wardrobe, the other one with two single beds, night stands, wardrobe and access to a private balcony. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a sink and toilet. One provides a shower, the other one a bathtub and bidet.

Restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities are just a short walk away.
