Holiday house on finca with pool in Santa Margalida

This exclusive natural stone finca is situated a bit elevated and surrounded by an about 7000 sqm big, mainly natural property. From here you have a dreamlike panoramic view on the Majorcan landscape and the town Santa Margalida, ca. 700 metres away. On the property there is besides domestic trees and plants also an over 500 years old olive tree. The partly terraced cultivated property with little places to sit offers the possibility to rest and relax.

The finca is more than 70 years old and was modernised, refurnished and extended in 2010. The Bay of Alcúdia is located in the vicinity, as well as the bathing town Can Picafort (ca. 10 minutes drive away) with harbour, kilometres of promenades, bars, sandy beaches, restaurants and stores. The nature protection area S'Albufera, the largest wetland of the Balearic Islands, which offer many bird species a home, is also nearby.

The house has a living surface of ca. 180 sqm and offers space for 4-8 people. The living area is seperated on two floors:
A living room with open fireplace, a spacious kitchen, a dining area for 4 persons, 4 bedrooms (3x with double bed, 1x with 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms (partly en suite). The furniture is very tastefully, modern and in a rural style.

The finca vacation can mainly also be spend outdoors, because there is a 20 sqm big roof terrace in southern direction, as well as a south-western balcony, a spacious terrace at the house and a pool terrace at the ca. 35 sqm large pool.

A small barbecue area behind the house invites to cosy barbecue evenings and gives every guest a pure finca pleasure.

In ca. 1 km distance in the town Santa Margalida you find many cafés, restaurants, banks and shopping possibilities. There is a weekly market day on the market place.
